This house was in great condition, but the bank was going to foreclose on the house. We were able to purchase from owner and put some money in their pockets instead of giving to bank

This house was purchased as-is from another landlord which was tenant occupied. We purchased the home and kept the tenant. We put a new roof on this the very next day after closing. Many investors kick out tenants but we pride ourselves on creating win-win outcomes for all parties involved
